Nice spacious rooms with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Only drawback is they charge $10 day for parking. Stayed here a couple of years ago and there were no parking charges.

Hotel is clearly supported by patients of Albany med Center and charge for that . The feeling is the same as if you were staying in a hospital with the elevators , lighting etc. I think it was once part of the hospital.Even if the reason of my visit was the hospital , I would rather stay in a cozy place than there . Very poor job decorating the space .

The hotel is located on one of the primary roads to Albany Medical Center. Ambulances use this route. Although McDonald's and Walgreen's are within walking distance, the closest restaurant is about 400m away. Also, the adjacent neighborhood is a lower income neighborhood.

Charged my credit card $10.80 for parking while staying at their facility. No mention about charge while checking in or out. No receipt or anything. Just a charge appeared on my credit card statement. When I inquired, I was told that they tell you about it when you check in and out and give you a receipt. Lies!!!

It’s a very clean hotel but policies are very disturbing they took my whole check $150 for a pet 10 a day for parking and they charge your card for essential which you don’t get right back I will never stay here again .

The room is showing signs of age. Mattress sagged in the center. There were no clothes hangers. Only one kitchen chair. One one living room chair (a loveseat). Only one side table. Really lacking in furnishing in a room for two.

Convenient location. The 2 women at the desk on the afternoon/night shift (I believe they said they were sisters) were absolutely the best part of our stay.
Paying for parking was a little annoying as the gates were difficult to operate with room keys (one didn’t work) but overall a great place. Would stay again

The staff is always friendly the hotel and rooms are clean and spacious this is our 3rd time staying here and we wouldn't stay anywhere else while we are in town
