Overall experience is very good and consider exceptional compared to my various stay at different hotel be it on leisure or business trips, except for a small incident that set me back on their service quality. I had a pair of Timberland shoes + socks packed in plastic bag (removed from my luggage upon arrived at hotel room) gone missing. Highly suspect their cleaner accidentally treat it as rubbish and thrown it away. Feedback to thier housekeeping team, a search and check was conducted and result in vain. So sad I missed my shoe, and end up I got to get a new pair for my returning flight home, as I am not prepared to wear a winter boot for a 6hrs flight. Hopefully thier cleaning staff will do a check before discard any items (which is not place in trash bin). On the positive end, they place a very nice strawberry the next day in my room, not sure if that is kind of compensation for the unhappy event or this is norm for visiting guest, but I didn't see anymore fruit on the other days of my stay. Overall, it is very good and perfect experience except the unhappy missing shoe event.
