we just stayed a few hours to catch up on our sleep from the midnight travel and to get freshen up. the bathroom was not clean, the toilet seat was coming off, and there is always someone at the reception talking loudly interrupting our sleep. Blankets are not good enough.

Have a nice staff but the rooms smaller than pictures on website abd they didn't clean my room daily. There's no many choices for transportation.. U need to walk around 10-15 to nearest station.

Absolutely perfect! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We are a family of 6 children and the loft was perfect for us! Shopping nearby and great selection of restaurants in walking distance.

supposedly a palace, unpleasant reception, no effort to communicate with the manager (speaks only Turkish). room with smell of sewage, dilapidated equipment, improper sanitary facilities. broken door, no light source, room without any window or natural light source. very low roof. geographically, is 24 km from sultan ahmet and 2 hours drive because of traffic jams, an ordeal. if all the same you decide to come to this hotel, think about taking your gene paper To avoid absolutely, it does not deserve to have the name of hotel even less a PALACE see the photos
