The hotel is good. This is my second time staying here. Help with luggage when getting off the bus. Check-in is fast. The room is clean and has a good view. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I will come again next time.

Black Barley Hotel is really the best hotel in Xinduqiao, Sichuan Province, where we have been so many times. The scenery of the hotel is also beautiful. The room facilities are also very good in the local area. The facilities are complete. The hot water bath is very comfortable. And as long as the room is sufficient, it will be upgraded for those with children. The hotel's breakfast is also very good, and there are freshly cooked rice noodles and freshly ground coffee. Drinking coffee facing the snow scene is so healing. When I just checked in, it was very cold. There was a charcoal fire in the lobby for heating. Brown sugar ginger tea was prepared for the guests. It was freezing when it rained while camping. I felt comfortable immediately after drinking it and didn't have a runny nose. The room was turned on for the guests in advance. And when I was having breakfast, I met a very well-behaved brother. At first I thought he was the child of the staff, but later I heard from them that he was an orphan adopted by the hotel. The hotel is really very humane. Our family feels that it is better than Songzan, which we stayed in during the summer vacation.

Very beautiful *******-style courtyard, the autumn colors in western Sichuan are just right, I came to stay in the manor and I like it very much. The taste of his ******* restaurant is also very good, black barley beef fried rice, roasted mushrooms, butter tea, etc. are very nice!

The environment and service are excellent. I read other people's comments about good service, but I didn't feel it. After checking in, I found that the service was indeed very good. The previous praises were not false. They took the initiative to add charcoal to the lobby, actively helped to get things, and helped to take care of children during meals. They were very proactive. The whole a**osphere was a feeling of being at home. It was never perfunctory. The boss also adopted an orphan, which is worthy of respect. Needless to say, the environment and hardware can be seen from the pictures.

The beautiful lady provided warm and thoughtful service, helped tourists send their luggage to the room, and reminded them of the precautions for first arriving in the plateau. It is especially pet-friendly! The hotel has a beautiful environment!

The room is clean and tidy. There are free anti-altitude medicines, coffee and tea in the room. It is very rare that there is an oxygen concentrator at the head of the bed. The bathroom is very warm and provides disposable face towels. It is worth mentioning that his breakfast is very rich, and the yak yogurt is a must. In addition, the restaurant has meals 24 hours a day, the food is very delicious and very affordable. The waiters are active and enthusiastic, taking care of the manor as their own home and treating every guest as a family member.

The location is good, the hot water is stable, there is an oxygen machine (we didn't use it), the hotel upgraded the room, and the breakfast was rich.

I would like to call it the ceiling of hotels (including B&Bs) in this trip to western Sichuan! First, let's talk about the weakest hardware part of this hotel, but it's not really weak. There are no hotels like Songtsam or Luxe in western Sichuan. If you compare them by this standard, this one is not enough. If you give Songtsam 90, the room of this hotel should be around 85. But the 5 points difference can be made up with the high anti-reaction medicine, glucose and cola provided. The size of the basic room of the hotel is similar to that of Songtsam, but the partition is more reasonable. The bathroom and shower room are larger. The most praiseworthy thing is the shower, the water pressure is very high, the water temperature is hot and very stable. The sound insulation is slightly insufficient, and the windows need to be closed when sleeping at night. Secondly, let's talk about the software. I never expected to have such a high level of service in western Sichuan, which is almost comparable to international five-star brands. And the two ******* waiters are very sincere. Sometimes, although the skills are not enough, they must try their best to meet the requirements of the guests. The floor drain in our room was blocked, not only did they come to repair it, but they also wiped all the water stains and replaced the bottom mat and towels. Finally, let's talk about breakfast. Although it can't be compared with a resort hotel, it is also very good in western Sichuan. There are toast, bread, jam, various hot dishes, as well as pre-made rice noodles and fruits (very rich variety). Unfortunately, we had to pack it up the next day because we were in a hurry. Although the hotel is not in the center of Xinduqiao, the hotel restaurant is far better than those restaurants and roadside restaurants in Xinduqiao. I recommend that guests eat here every day. The dishes are not greasy, the ingredients are fresh, and the price is reasonable. We were very satisfied with the meal.

I came during the National Day holiday. As soon as I got off the bus, they took the initiative to help me with my luggage. The overall environment is very local and the details are well done. Moon cakes were given as gifts for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Coke is required in the plateau area and was also given as gifts. There is a small garden at the door where you can relax and enjoy the view. It was a very good stay experience.
