This was my fourth time staying at this hotel and never had a problem before. This time was different.
1.- terrible front desk attention. They need Hospitality training.
2.- torn and old towels.
3.- the worst, 4 roaches found inside the room.

Vintage hotel on the plaza. Was updated about ten years ago. Could use another update. WiFi is almost non-existent. Beds are “Mexico hard”. The basics are covered, unless you get a suite with a balcony overlooking the plaza, where the view is amazing, especially at night. The restaurant is very good. Staff is amazing!

Hotel was ok. A bit outdated for my liking and we found a couple of roaches in the restroom making us doubt hygiene. Other than that, location was great! We were able to walk around the plaza at night without crowds since we were right at front. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The carpet and furniture in the room needed cleaning. Also, it had too many tables; it would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room for use. Towels were limited. More communication between personnel on time schedules for the two restaurants. Very good service in the front desk.
