服務:可能校企合作的酒店，在服務意識，員工形象，都特別好，每個員工都面對微笑，比許多五豪都做得好，前台同事得知我們清明從鄉下回來，給我們提供了較多的搽鞋布處理衣鞋，賓至如歸可能就如此。
細節:絕大多數酒店的硬件趨同，但是細節能看出一些差別和用心，建國更大的停車位，電梯處較好的等待區，不用到處找的吹風機，床頭的電子時間，都是細節滿意的表現。
