The overall stay experience was uncomfortable. Apart from having a place to cook, there was no redeeming feature.
1. In apar**ent hotels, there is usually only one security guard at the front desk who does not speak English, making communication very difficult;
2. Room facilities. The room is quite large. There is a kitchen for cooking, but it is close to the road. The glass sound insulation is average, making it more noisy at night. The rain shower head is fixed on the ceiling, and it will wash into your hair every time you take a shower, but there is no hair dryer in the room. ;No slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.; cleaning once a week, not fixed
3. The management is relatively backward. There are handwritten records for check-in and check-out. If there are any feedback on problems, communication is basically fruitless, which is quite irritating.

Not sure I put the review for the right appar**ent, the one I rented for a weekend was on Ejercito Nacional 539, but there is no entry in Tripadvisor with this address. The flat was clean, however 2 mains points to be taken into account: it is very noisy (we can listen to the neighbour, including understand what they are saying), the furniture is really minimum: no light close to the beds, no closet in one of the rooms, no place to put the luggage.

In the info they should have indicated that they don't service the rooms when stay is less than 7 days and the security guards were not cordial at all!!

I loved the location of the property. It has everything you need. The only complaint is the sheets need to be updated as they were scratchy -- maybe old and the mattress on one side is worn.
