No refund was given after i missed reservation due to being stuck at airport. Obviously no one can cancel a reservation when they are 35000 feet in the air

The hotel staff were nice. Room was clean but it is very dated. The hotel is getting old. The hot tub has not been working properly the last 2 times i've stayed here.

Room was dingy. Stayed 2 nights and no one came to clean the room or even replenish towels. I asked for a fresh towel at front desk and female staff wasn’t too happy.

Hot tub was nice. Kinda had a weird smell when the jets finally turned on. Pool was colder than I thought it should be.

Multiple towels had stains on them, it was very dirty, rooms where very run down, paint missing off walls multiple areas, shower curtain barely hanging on, blanket/sheets stained or dirty. Very bad smell in rooms. I paid 150$ Canadian when realistically this is a 80$ a night room. Have no plan coming back

A good cheap motel. It had a good bed and a clean bathroom which was all I was looking for! Breakfast was ok.

It good for the most part. Breakfast was good. Pool was good. The only issue were the pillows. Most of them were hard. Lucky one was soft enough to sleep on.
