Wouldn't book again. Paid for balcony, 1st night was not given because " sold out" but no refund could be given. Next sent to a room that had no working shower. Only 1 attendant helpful. Walking distance from Burbon street. But wouldn't book again.

Great location to walk the city with ease but also quiet enough to get a good nights rest. A little dated, needs some upgrades, but I think most hotels in the area are and for the price point it’s good. Second time staying here and would do so again.

It had a funny smell and our toilet wasn’t connected to the floor. It wasn’t awesome, but it wasn’t terrible. I probably wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The room and halls were filthy. The tv didnt work. Maintenence came to fix the second day of my stay. Then the internet and volume went out for the rest of my trip. There was no blow dryer and I asked for one for 2 days and ended up going to my birthday with wet hair. The refrigerater did not work and i was given 2 towels for my 4 day stay. All in all i can not see spending as much money as this place cost for zero amenities and rude staffing. Its almost impossible to reach the front desk and if you do they are so genuinely bothered .I did not enjoy my stay and ha e hopes that others do not have my same experience. So upsetting.

This hotel is in terrible condition. We changed rooms 4 tines, without successful resolution. The front desk staff, however, was very kind, courteous, and helpful.

This hotel was simply average. It needs some significant upgrades in the bathroom (of the room we were in) and overall needs some TLC. The pool was unusable and green with algae.
With all of this said, the property is quiet and in a great location to the French Quarter and we had no issues with our stay.

This is a very old hotel. As soon as you walk in the hotel smells bad. I get to my room and the light fixture in the bathroom was broken. I called multiple time to the front (they was very helpful), I also had no washcloths and also my tv did not work.

No heat in room it was 52 degrees in my room they came tried to fix it worked for 20 mins then went back to 56 degrees in the room

I would not recommend staying at this property. No working ice machines, no wifi, we complained to the front desk and they couldn’t have cared less. Rooms are tiny and what is pictured is not what you get. One couple’s door did not lock at all, no key needed to get in and out of the room.
