Free In-town Check-in ServiceFor a seamless start to your journey, from January 29, 2024, Airport Express passengers can use the In-town Check-in service offered by Cathay Pacific Airways from 6:00am to 11:00pm at Hong Kong Station.Simply check-in^ and collect your boarding pass during the service hours between 90 minutes and 24 hours ahead of your scheduled flight departure time.Please note that the service is not yet available at Kowloon Station or for other airlines.In-town Check-in service is provided for any passenger with baggage where the total size does not exceed 145cm (length) x 100cm (width) x 85cm (height) and weight not exceeding 70kg. To benefit, use the same Octopus (with sufficient value) to interchange within one hour of arrival between the Airport Express at Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi stations and the interconnecting MTR Line, including Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations (except the Light Rail, MTR Bus and East Rail Line First Class). For passengers taking journeys starting with MTR lines followed by the Airport Express, the journey with the lower fare will be free. When changing between Tsim Sha Tsui/East Tsim Sha Tsui stations you must do so within 30 minutes of arrival at either station.<ul><li>Hotel Shuttle Service</li></ul>There are hotels providing shuttle bus service to and from Airport Express Hong Kong or Kowloon Station, relevant passengers may use the hotel shuttle waiting area to take the shuttle bus. On the other hand, the Airport Express Shuttle Bus service that was previously provided exclusively for Airport Express passengers travelling to or from Hong Kong or Kowloon stations has been terminated since April 2020.&nbsp;<ul><li>Free In-train Wi-Fi Service</li></ul>Passengers travelling on the Airport Express can now conveniently enjoy free high-speed wireless broadband Internet Access with your Wi-Fi enabled gadget.
